1. Not wheelchair accessible vehicle available.
2.You must be able to get in and out of the car without help.
3. In Sydney city we use public transport train, Light trail, Boat cruise, Bus and taxi as well for easy transportation.
4.We strongly recommend that all passengers have travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. we take no responsibility for loss or damage of property on the tour, personal illness or injury sustained whilst on tour and passengers accept all risks associated with tour activities.
5. You can cancel your tour 24 hrs before it starts anytime, full money refunded to your bank account.
6. Until you pay full Invoice, your tour is not confirmed.
7. For all adventure tours and walk you must sign waivers form, will be sent to your email. Tour will not proceed without signed form by all members.
8.Our commitment is to deliver a high-quality tour experience that matches your preferences and chosen inclusions precisely as per your list. However, on rare occasions, external factors such as weather conditions, road or national park closures, or other unforeseen events may require us to adjust the itinerary or substitute activities. In these cases, suitable and comparable alternatives will be offered, and no refund will be provided due to these changes.
09. If your itinerary includes adventure trips and/or walking every member in the group must complete waiver form, will be emailed to you. Every tour member must sign.
10. If you purchased any tickets through third party you must contact them for cancellations, rebooking and any other claims or issues.

Acknowledgement of Risk and Obligations of Members
This acknowledgement of risks applies to all activities I may undertake as a tour member of
sighting seeing Sydney Private Tours. In participating in activities of the tour which are described to me by the tour leader I am aware that my participation in the activities may expose me to hazards and risks that could lead to injury, illness, or death or to loss of or damage to my property.
I am aware that these activities could expose me to additional hazards and risks described to me by the tour leader like Falling, Tripping, Wildlife Encounters, Bad weather, Rockfalls, Landslides, Fire Danger, limited or delayed access to medical care and water. I also acknowledge that I may encounter weather conditions that could lead to hypothermia and being in locations where evacuation for medical treatment may take hours or days, or no help at all.
Also i am aware sighting seeing Sydney private tours does not take any responsibility for the tours booked and conducted by third party.
To minimise risks I will endeavour to ensure that:
1. Each activity is within my capabilities
2. I am carrying food, water, medication, and equipment appropriate for the activity
3. I will advise the Tour leader if I am taking any medication or have any physical or other limitation that might affect my participation in the activity
4. I will make every effort to remain with the rest of the party during the activity
5. I will advise the leader of any concerns I am having, and I will comply with all reasonable instructions of the tour leader.
I have read and understand the above requirements. I have considered the risks before choosing to sign this acknowledgement of risk. I still wish to join the activities of the tour.
I acknowledge that I will take responsibility for my own actions and that signing this form and the payment of my tour fee will be deemed as full acceptance and understanding of the above conditions.
